All New Members are required to complete and submit this form. I certify that I have read and agree with all the Policies, Rules and Regulations of the Filipino American Golfers Club (FilAmGC). I also understand and agree that my membership with FilAmGC is for one year to commence upon submission of this Application and Membership Fee to a FilAmGC Ocer and/or Board of Director.

Membership Renewal is due upon my sign-up anniversary date of acceptance. My membership may be terminated at anytime if I fail to conform and follow Club Policies, Rules and Regulations. As a member, I also agree that I must participate in at least 50% of all annual golf outings, participate and/or volunteer in events and/or affairs of the club.

MEMBERS (new & old) who do not have GHIN card MUST submit a minimum of(5) veified signed practice scorecards. Annual Membership Fee of $50. can be paid through our online payment system through PayPal or, submit a check to an Officer and/or Director of the Filipino American Golfers Club for approval. The Board of Directors reserve the right to deny any applicant for whatever reason.

Membership fee includes membership to the Golf Handicap Information Network (GHIN), Texas Golf Association and One FREE Email Account with your chosen "name alias" and 10 MB of space.
